Re: dual sim card option? Xperia Z3 dual?

I am closely watching the Xperia port for the same reasons you mentioned
As said, Ubuntu phone supports dual SIM and also Convergence (although this
is still w.i.p.).
It is up to OEMS to choose which devices they want to produce with Ubuntu
OS and if those devices have some kind of video-out method on the hardware.
None of the officially supported phones support video-out thru methods you
mentioned. (The BQ tablet does though).
That said, word on the street is that there is work going on at Canonical
on Miracast enablement (specifically for the Meizu). If that is true, it
seems to me that it could be a generic solution across all devices in the
future and concern for hardware limitations per device might be a thing of
the past.
Maybe someone from canonical can give us word on Miracast status.
