When I try to make the rootfs rewritable with: mount -o remount,rw / It says mount: / not mounted or bad option The user is root and I don't know how to continue.
is this after saying 'chroot .' ? if so, you do not have to mount anything, you are in a writeable root fs; why you dont follow exactly the commands and hints from my book?
