Yes ive added the container But when i open the app and seach for app they dont show Do i have to apt-get the packsge first ? Lets say ill try firefox do you have to apt get or install inside the libertine app using the + and search method Or is there a command line way to install apps into the container i made

Did you follow the instructions on that wiki page exactly? If you create your container using the GUI, it's not going to work on the phone. You have to use the command-line tool to create the container to work around a lack of support in the kernel for the required application containment features. Since you already require the command line to install Libertine on the phone, this shouldn't be too hard for a developer interested in exercising this software. It's still early days in terms of integration into the phone ecosystem, so expect a rough ride for the near term.

All that should change soon enough.
