That's a known problem:

The fix is on its way (it is very likely that it will bea available in the
next update).

That's a good point, we don't show in the list, only in the call details
(if you slide the entry from the right to the left, there is a "info"
button that show more details about the call, there you can see which sim
was used).
But I think it might be a good idea to also show that in the main list.
Could you please open a bug for that here?

We can then check with the design team if showing the SIM used is a good
idea there.
