Hello everyone!

Not too many news items for today so we'll only have a quick e-mail this
time. The Ubuntu Touch store is now switched back to auto-review mode so
developers should no longer be slowed down by the manual review queue.

Today we only had two silos landings - one with ubuntu-system-settings,
telepathy-ofono, telephony-service and messaging-app adding support for
phone settings in AccountsService and a new big webbrowser-app release
(multiple test and usability fixes). More to come later this week.
