BQ 4.5, GSM sound is crisp on both sides.

It's still in alpha, command line works, app should be available soon.

Hotspot (3G sharing over wifi) works perfectly on BQ 4.5, I use it daily 
to provide connectivity to my other phone.
I would love to see 4G support, and maybe re-sharing wifi, but both are 
not high on the list.
