I've been on this for a while.

And maybe also:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/canonical-devices-system-image/+bug/1539158
Which is where it all started.
More testers would be a welcome addition.

For pretty much the entire life of the BQ 4.5 when connecting to my
car stereo by bluetooth I could hear the other person but they could
not hear me. I recall reading somewhere that there would be a number
of bluetooth fixes in OTA 11 so I was very much looking forward to it,
however now I have it I can't hear anything over bluetooth. No idea if
the other person can hear me.
This has always been a key feature for me, crucial. I have been
putting up with it because I understand the pace of development and
how far it has to go and have been using a cable instead. This is a
feature which really does need to get straightened out, it is a bit
embarassing to have to admit the phone I rave about doesn't do bluetooth.
How is it working for the rest of you? Does anyone have any news on
how the long term goal on this is progressing?
Cheers
