I can't see it as well on my Nexus 7 which is in rc-proposed. Probably it's using a development version of the toolkit?I still see it on my phone though (OTA 11)

Hi...
I've been trying to install logviewer since some week and have same 
issue... It isn't shown for me in Appstore but other people can see it..
