Hello everyone,

Our developers are busy working on the few big remaining parts that we
need for OTA-12. For instance, the color emoji support is almost ready
with the final Qt-related bits staged in a silo. It looks similar for
others as well. From actual landings, today we only had a new
ubuntu-scopes-shell with changes related to the libertine-scope and a
crasher fix for ciborium (hopefully fixing the main crash on disk
utility startup).

We're also testing a new required change in system-image that we'll
need to branch off existing turbo users into a PD-supported channel
(with puritine enabled). Things are looking good so far so we might
make it on time for this release. Frieza builds are still blocked on
the custom tarball though...

That being said, we already see that we'll need rc re-spins next week
at least for translations - especially that some strings are still
missing in the images. We're also still waiting for the emulator fix
[1] which might be a blocking issue this time.
