ANNOUNCING: Bileto can now revert landings after they've merged.

Hi all, happy Canada Day!

CI Train had a little-known feature to revert landings, which was
severely bit-rotted for some time.

I've resurrected this in Bileto with some shiny new unit tests to
stave off the bitrot in spite of it's infrequent use.
