I seem to be having issues recently using my phone. Over the last week 
or two there have been a number of occasions where I went to answer the 
phone and my aim was slightly off. Instead of grabbing the slider and 
moving it to answer I grabbed the entire phone call notification box and 
attempted to drag it off the screen. Today I succeeded in doing just 
that and it just vanished, leaving me with no way to answer the call! 
Why is this notification even draggable?

While I'm on the subject after every call or text I get a pop up 
notification with my balance. Am I the only person who is struggling 
with a white notification on top of the white text messaging screen? I 
keep not seeing it and getting baffled by why my phone is ignoring me.
