Landing team 05.08.16

Hello everyone,

A rather quiet day so far, with only a buteo-sync-plugins-contacts
packaging fix and bugfixing landing of qtdeclarative-opensource-src
(fickable width/height ratio and relative mouse event fixes).
We're also battling with some package migration problems in yakkety
(with Timo leading the main migration-fixing effort). Since most of
our package releases are so-called triple landings (meaning: when we
release something it's released simultaneously to vivid-overlay,
xenial-overlay and yakkety), packages being unable to migrate from
proposed to the release pocket in yakkety causes quite some chaos as
changes cannot be merged to trunk - and, because of that, development
is hindered down. All this because of the ongoing transitions in
yakkety. Let's hope it stabilizes soon.

Because of that some of the features we wanted for OTA-13 got slightly
delayed. To make sure we have everything in place, we need to move the
OTA-13 release date by a week. This gives us one week more for
features and bugfixes. Meaning, the ETA for the update will now be the
7th of September.

In the meantime, we're in the middle of re-spinning OTA-12 emulator
images. As soon as those are ready we'll send them over to QA for a
quick look and proceed with promotion (hopefully).
