Ok after executing

I have this error:

  can't sync sources

Status in phablet-tools package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Can't sync the sources using phablet-dev-bootstrap command it just
  stucks at initializing the manifest.git repo and shows 503 service
  unavailable error.
