Hello everyone,

Today a quick e-mail, just to overview what changes have landed in for
OTA-13. A new ciborium and ubuntu-push with a fix for disabling
notifications for the external drives application, a bugfix release of
qtmir and qtubuntu, a packaging change for account-plugins and
apparmor-easyprof-ubuntu with a fix for thumbnailer-usage.

We're still not open for OTA-13+, we might snapshot and resume future
landings after the copy-paste silo is ready and landed.
