Hey Olivier!
PPAs are now named as per the request ID of your request in Bileto,
so, let's say, request number 1908 will get a PPA of landing-1908
(e.g. ~ci-train-ppa-service/ubuntu/landing-1908). This PPA will be
removed when the request gets finalized. The additional pros of this
are: no more issues with some leftover binaries in silos. There are a
few minor drawbacks, but it's all but nothing in comparison to what we
gain. There's no limit of currently ongoing landings, no more 'no free
silos anymore' \o/
