Hi,

Unfortunately the m10 only supports 2.4GHz spectrum on wireless...?

I have seen this happen as well. Also what I noticed when this happens the whole channel is screwed ie, utilization goes near 100% 

You can check this with wifi analyzer of some sort. I have used wifi explorer to check this.
