Hi all,

I've just completed the new rollout of bileto.ubuntu.com. User-visible
changes here are minimal, but behind the scenes we've now migrated
from trusty to xenial, allowing us to discard a great deal of
backported packages that were necessary for bileto to run on trusty.

So update your bookmarks, because requests.ci-train.ubuntu.com will
redirect to bileto.ubuntu.com for a while but not forever!
