i had a similar issue. have you tired the --bootstrap parameter? if that still won't work,
i'm afraid you have to wipe the device with the --wipe parameter. 
i'm just guessing but that's how i resolve this issues.
it's quick and at least it worked for me. you can backup your files via owncloud sync.

i have to reflash mine too, wierd bluetooth issues with pebble on bq e5
