Hello everyone,

Two landings today: a new telephony-service for a fix for the
no-SMS-notifications bug (woo!) and a new ubuntu-ui-toolkit release
with many many various bugfixes (please see [1] for details). Nice to
see one of the priority bugs fixed - let's hope we'll get changes for
the rest soon as well.

We also fixed commitlog generation (thanks to Denis for noticing!). It
seems the generated commitlogs did not sync properly to the public
instance - this is now fixed and all missing ones have been pulled in.
Will have to make sure to check the public mirror instead of the
infrastructure side next time.

Some info now for landers: since yakkety is now in final freeze,
Robert switched Bileto to release yakkety packages from triple-landing
silos to yakkety-overlay instead of the main archive. Once the z
series opens we'll of course copy over all the binaries from the
overlay and continue from there.
