The file application-legacy-webbrowser-app-.log is not there. But there is application-click-hubic.arkan_hubic_0.1.log.

It might be a UA string issue, or not. Could you attach the log file
found at /home/phablet/.cache/upstart/application-legacy-webbrowser-app-.log
?
