Re: Thank you

I also feel compelled to add my voice here, and add a resounding thank YOU to the development team that brought us Ubuntu for phones.

I've been using my Nexus 4 for almost a year now, and was made aware of how awesome UFP is after my brother gave me a LG/Verizon VG815 tablet that I am not able to root.

I have the barest configuration going on it, and the more I try to use it the more I am overwhelmed by a) how offensive the prying, invasive, "everything an ad" realm of Google, Android, and the like are and b) how truly elegant the interface is on my humble Nexus 4. It just works, and from my own UX studies/background, this is no small feat.

I wish I had more to offer in the coding arena as well; in terms of contribution I can say that neither the mere presence of Ubuntu on phones nor its users should be discounted, given the conversations I've had with friends, family, and even strangers who ask me about my phone....

Looking forward to the continued evolution of the project! Thanks again to all involved.

Daniel
