Re: Update failed

Weird. If you try again, follow these instructions: https://devices.ubports.com/#/hammerhead You can either use Magic Device Tool or a single terminal command. In any case, make sure to install the ubports-touch/legacy channel. The devel_rc-proposed channel should have been redirected, but apparently that did not work our for you...

That will hopefully be fixed once we do an official release.

All the best,

Thanks for the quick reply Neo.

It must have been a week or so ago; and I flashed via ubuntu-device-flash from the command line:

server: http://system-image.ubports.com
channel: ubuntu-touch/devel_rc-proposed
device: hammerhead

best,

Daniel

Hey,

i can't reproduce this issue, it works for me on all devices
including the N5.

How long ago did you install your device? What channel did you choose
during the installation? How did you flash?

All the best,

Neo

So I have ubports hammerhead running nicely on my nexus 5....

When I go to check updates, the message has changed from "No updates" to:

"Update failed / FileNotFoundError: [Errno 2] No such file or
directory: '/android/cache/recovery'"

Any insight? Is there something I need to change? Thanks in advance....
