I just tried now a new microSIM and all it's working right.

The problem was that I cut with scissors a normal SIM. I had calls, but
not data.

I own you a few beers! Your care about my issue was an example of how to
care your users!

Bug description:
  I have an official Ubuntu Phone BQ 4.5 and the 2G/3G never worked. My
  mobile company is the spanish Tuenti.com, it's a virtual operator,
  owner by Telefonica.
