Even after 20 min i cannot connect to 3g but it looks like ofono tries
to connect to /ril_0/context1 while mine is 23.

This is certainly a duplicate of https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/ubuntu-system-settings/+bug/1415495
as i used to have more than 20 APN at one time because when you where entering the APN editor window another entry was added

  regression cannot connect to 3g network on boot on vivid r129

Status in ofono package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  
  Device nexus 4 mako running devel-proposed r129

  On stable and devel channel 3g connection works as expected.

  On vivid channel r129 i can not connect to 3g network, after booting
  my phone. If i restart ofono with sudo stop ofono and sudo start ofono
  multiple times, after a while i manage to get an active connection but
  i lose the indicator icons and it just becomes a setting icon.

  Everything works after that as expected. i have attached the 2 ./list-
  modems one after a fresh boot and one after i manage to connect to the
  3g network. i am also attaching a picture of the setting icon.
