  Some testing scripts do not work for arale

Bug description:
  The following testing scripts do not work for arale modems:

  test-no-sims-offline
  test-no-sims-online
  test-sims-offline
  test-sims-online
  test-sim-removal

  (they are assuming that the modem is of rilmodem type).

  Most of these scripts are quirked for 'krillin'.  This quirking needs
  to be extended for arale.
