I'm also affected by this bug. Is there any temporary workaround? The
phone is hardly usable if it's not possible to make calls or send sms.
Or is a fix going to be released in the near future? Thank you!

  Mako does not connect to the mobile network anymore starting with
  wily(-proposed) image r229.
