I did a few more tests, yes, I confirm, after flight mode the only way to
restart the data connection is to reboot the phone into MX4 (This is not
happening into BQ E4.5).

Bug description:
  Hi!
  Steps:
  1. Set flight mode.
  2. Unset flight mode.
  3. Bug: The data connection will not recovery.

  This is working fine in BQ E4.5, but is not working on Meizu MX4.
