  [Ubuntu Phone MX4] No data after flight mode

Status in ofono package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Hi!
  Steps:
  1. Set flight mode.
  2. Unset flight mode.
  3. Bug: The data connection will not recovery.

  This is working fine in BQ E4.5, but is not working on Meizu MX4.
