  Need to recall few times before the network connection works properly!

Status in ofono package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When I try to make a call,  lot of times the call don't start and after few seconds the call ends automatically. 
  The same it happens also with data (3G) connection. 

  The network connection is WORKING and  100% REACHABLE. The device show
  aviable phone and 3G connection. (I'm not living in an area with poor
  connection).

  So i must restart my BQ E4.5 to make it work again (but after few
  calls the problem coming again) or continue try calling same numeber
  (more than 5-6 times) to make it works.
