and it happened again (arale/rc - pre ota 12). i think it's now the 4th
time since i see this happening and i have no idea why and how to debug
it

Bug description:
  no cellular connection and settings (arale/rc-proposed)
  i have no idea how to reproduce this bug but it already happened 3 times to me, the cellular icon (indicator) is gone and also the the "Cellular" entry from System Settings/Network (see screenshot). when it happens i can't dial or receive calls. the most annoying thing is that i am not allays aware that i don't have cell connection since the only giveaway is the missing cell icon.
