  Carrier name not set on turbo

Status in ofono package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  I just moved my SIM from my arale to turbo and found that ofono
  doesn't detect the carrier name.  It has worked fine on arale, krillin
  and mako.  It's only on turbo that it's not found.
