Dear Mouath

i have a problem i don't know if you can help
it's in my ubuntu 14.0.4 LTS
it's about long app loading time 1-5 minutes dependence on the app 
(after the system is stable after a boot)
i cant identifiy the resone of the slow but i suspect of the hard disk 
encryption any ideas.
the spec is :
ubuntu 14.0.4 64bit
kernel: 3.16.0.57 generic
cpu: phenome2 X6
gpu: ATI 6950 with commercial driver (not open source)
ram: 6 GB DDR3 1333 dual channel (always empty)
GUI: gnome 3
Hard disk: 500 GB WD blue
home directory encryption: yes
hard disk encryption: yes
