Mock up looks ok

But goals are not ok


add:

Develop FOSS Based Work-flows for Scientists.

Specify/Develop Custom FOSS Packages

Address Challenges in Emerging Fields



We should also have a page on classification of packages relative use
in science/education related contexts on a 3/5 point scale.

That may help in resource allocation.
