Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  When setting "enabled" to false for a ToolBarButton, or it's Action the icon and text is grey.
  But when clicking on it, onTriggered() is still called. So practically it's not disabled.
