  When running gallery-app on device, page doesn't have __propagated

Bug description:
  We get this warning:

  file:///usr/lib/arm-linux-
  gnueabihf/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Components/Page.qml:155: TypeError: Cannot
  read property 'actionManager' of null

  in failing gallery-app tests such as this one:
  https://jenkins.qa.ubuntu.com/job/generic-mediumtests-runner-
  mako/646/testReport/junit/gallery_app.tests.test_album_editor/TestAlbumEditor/test_add_photo_with_touch_/

  The warning also shows when running gallery-app on device, but the app
  runs fine.

  
  It seems like the Page exists before it is assigned to a MainView, or the Page is instantiated first when a MainView does not exist yet.
