  keyboard no longer rotates when app rotates

Bug description:
  After latest sdk fix landed to fix this bug:
  https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-ui-toolkit/+bug/1251436, now when
  you rotate the phone the app rotates but not the keyboard.

  To reproduce:
  - open messaging-app or notes-app in portrait
  - select an existing message
  - select text field
  - keyboard is displayed
  - rotate phone to landscape
  - BUG: the app is rotate but the keyboard is not
  note, browser seems to work but the other apps don't

  After reverting this MR the rotation works correctly in all the apps as it did before:
