Bug description:
  Launch gallery-app, activate Photos tab and scroll the content
  downwards. Exit the application and restart it. The tab will be set
  but the content will not be scrolled.

  This is due to the fact that Photos page content loading is a result
  of Photos tab loading, and due to the StateSaver backend
  implementation the tab content is not restored to the last running
  state.
