  Remove fix_rowinserted.patch from local patches

Status in “qtbase-opensource-src” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  fix_rowinserted.patch was a patch we made to fix some QML views not
  reacting correctly to changes in underlying models, after discussing
  with upstream the patch is wrong place to fix it (and also it removes
  some optimizations). See https://codereview.qt-
  project.org/#change,67214 for more info.

  I've opened https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/qtdeclarative-
  opensource-src/+bug/1242629 to get the proper fix merged to our
  packages.
