Title:
  Need C++ UbuntuTestCase API

Status in Ubuntu UI Toolkit:
  New
Status in “ubuntu-ui-toolkit” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  There's a handful of C++ test cases which all preload the toolkit,
  create a view and work with QML in some ways. The subtle differences
  make it hard to watch out for known issues and bugs in new tests.
  Working on settings implies yet another test and eventually running
  into confusing segfaults motivates me to look into this API.
