  Change Ubuntu API link

Bug description:
The latest API docs are in a new location, the API section on the
QtCreator side-bar needs to be changed to point to
  http://developer.ubuntu.com/api/qml/current/

That link will be updated whenever we rev to a new stable API version.

If possible, it would be nice to have the plugin detect whether the
current project is QML or HTML5, and if HTML5 have it point to
  http://developer.ubuntu.com/api/html5/current/
