  Chroot cmake build reruns the entire build

Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Instead of using cmake (only running cmake once and only build the changes with make), build in chroot starts with a clean directory every time.
  This is VERY annoying with large builds.
