Bug description:
  qtdeclarative5-ubuntu-ui-toolkit-plugin is missing /usr/lib/*/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Test/UbuntuTestCase.qml in the installed files. 
  The qmldir file referencing it is already there in /usr/lib/*/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Test/qmldir.
