Bug description:
  No more horizontal scrolling to see all the tabs in the header, but
  instead, a button can be added to the header that, when pressed,
  unfolds a list of tabs under the header.

  Another way, for apps with at most 4 tabs, can be to have the buttons
  in the header to switch directly between tabs.
