In the end since Qt 5.2 dropped qtjsbackend we got Qt Creator back to
all 6 archs.

Originally this bug was did get fixed, too.

  Fix Released

Bug description:
  now removed, because qtcreator will stay in -proposed unless powerpc
  binaries are removed, or qtjsbackend-opensource-src is built on
  powerpc.
