Title:
shortcuts involving ctrl-shift does not always work.

Status in “qtcreator” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
The default uncomment/comment shortcut is CTRL+/. On my system it is
CTRL-SHIFT-7. This however does not work in the editor, but it is
recognized in the edit-shortcut dialog. The same goes for CTRL+< and
  CTRL+>.

Other shortcuts like CTRL-Z and CTRL-SHIFT-Z does work.
