Title:
  layout direction "right to left" does not work with text AND icon

Bug description:
  Hello, I am developing an application on a 12.10 ubuntu system with
  QTCreator 2.5.2 and all the standard QT packages offered in Quantal. I
  decided to build a new workstation and installed 13.04 on it, and
  moved my development files to the new workstation and noticed that
  simple PushButtons did not appear correctly. The pushbuttons use text
  and an icon. The pushbuttons that appear incorrectly use the layout
  direction property set to a value of right to left. I know it has
  nothing to do with my code because I can duplicate the problem with a
  new project that has only a single pushbutton. It also occurs in
  Designer, so I suspect the problem is with the underlying libraries.
  In 12.10, I believe the library version is 4.8.3. In 13.04 Creator
  updates to 2.7.0 and the libraries to... 5x? I'm not sure. Is it
  possible to install the 12.10 toolchain on a 13.04 system? I tried
  adjusting the /etc/apt/sources.list to quantal sources but conflicts
  arose. Thanks for looking, and I could provide screen shots if needed.
