Title:
ubuntu-sdk needs cli and launchpad project to step up

Bug description:
  Hi,

I found that there is an Ubuntu SDK entry in launcher, but no commmand
line (e.g. i have to call qtcreator).

Also, I didn't find a good place to file bugs easily. My mental model
said that I am using ubuntu-sdk and not ubuntu-qtcreator-plugin.

  So let's:

   a) create a project in launchpad called ubuntu-sdk
   b) provide a command calles ubuntu-sdk or ubuntu-sdk-ide that starts ubuntu-sdk IDE (qtcreator) - I think going with -ide would be better as we might have more commands in the future that could start with ubuntu-sdk- prefix.
