Title:
  Remove ItemViews delegateRange patch and add one that brings us closer
  to upstream feature for 5.3

Status in “qtdeclarative-opensource-src” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  A while ago we tried to introduce a feature in QtQuick ItemViews that
  was rejected upstream and we ended up carrying it as downstream patch
  (qtquick_delegate_creation_range_itemviews.patch).

  Now upstream has implemented a very similar feature so to make our
  porting to 5.3 easier we want to drop our patch and introduce the
  upstream patch in 5.2 packages so we can seamlessly move to 5.3

  This will need coordination with unity8, the only known package to use
  those custom extensions
