Bug description:
  Most settings pages are blank under Qt 5.3, error on the console:

  Type error

  Trying to pop a page:

  gnueabihf/qt5/qml/Ubuntu/Components/PageWrapperUtils.js:104:
  TypeError: Cannot call method 'destroy' of null

  This suggests a UITK issue, so adding a task there as well.
