Title:
Please add a channel selector when creating a new emulator
Status in Qt Creator plugins for Ubuntu:

Status in “qtcreator-plugin-ubuntu” package in Ubuntu:
Fix Released
Bug description:
Right now, when creating an emulator there are two options available:
name and architecture.
For those cases in which developers are targeting the devel-proposed
channel (*), it would be useful to have the ability to specify the
image's channel.
(*) The migration to Qt 5.3 is a good example, where the click chroots
already contain the 5.3 packages from the archive, whereas the
promoted image might take in the order of weeks to include 5.3,
meaning that only emulators that match the Qt version of the
associated chroot can be used in Qt Creator. However, these emulators
from devel-proposed have to be created manually from the command line,
as it's not possible to specify the channel in Qt Creator
